As many students will note, more and more questions these days have the ominous “Hence” word. They can heave a sigh of relief if they still see “or otherwise”. But if it is simply “Hence”, students need to realise they MUST use their previous results to solve the question.
Such questions test the students their understanding and ability to adapt to question. Students are required to think out of box to solve questions. But many students unfortunately overlook it and do not use the previous results to solve the question.
